All quotes issued by REY SIGNS LLC are custom, project-specific estimates based solely on information provided by the Client and are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued. Approval of any quote, estimate, invoice, or proposal constitutes the Client’s agreement to pay 100% of the quoted price, subject to the staged payment structure outlined in this agreement. Pricing may change after the validity period due to material costs, labor adjustments, regulatory requirements, engineering needs, or changes in project scope.

Any change to quantity, size, materials, engineering, specifications, location, or design will affect pricing and timelines. Changes must be approved in writing and may require revised pricing, additional deposits, or change orders before work continues.

Each line item on an invoice represents a distinct project phase and corresponding authorization to proceed. Payment of any phase authorizes REY SIGNS LLC to perform only that phase. Failure to proceed to later phases does not negate payment obligations for services already performed or costs incurred. This structure applies to both small and large projects, including multi-phase pole sign and structural signage projects.

By submitting any payment, deposit, permitting fee, or transaction to REY SIGNS LLC, the Client expressly acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be legally bound by all Terms & Conditions contained herein.Payment constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement and creates a binding contract between the Client and REY SIGNS LLC, regardless of whether the Client has signed this document.The Client acknowledges that approval of any quote, invoice, or project phase obligates the Client to complete payment for the full scope of services described, subject to the staged payment structure. Failure to complete payment does not negate responsibility for services performed or costs incurred.

All projects performed by REY SIGNS LLC follow a staged payment structure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Stage 1 — Permit Consultation / Feasibility Review (If Applicable)
A non-refundable fee is required prior to any zoning research, sign code review, feasibility analysis, site review, or communication with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (“AHJ”).This stage is intended to assess potential feasibility only. REY SIGNS LLC does not guarantee permit approval. Fees paid for this stage are earned professional services and are non-refundable once performed.
Stage 2 — Permits, Engineering & Survey (If Applicable)
Once feasibility is confirmed, this stage may include:
- Engineered drawings and calculations
- Structural engineering
- Land surveys
- Permit applications, revisions, and coordination with the AHJ
These are professional services. All fees for this stage are non-refundable once submitted or performed, regardless of permit approval, denial, modification, or delay. Permit decisions are made solely by governing authorities and are outside the control of REY SIGNS LLC.
Stage 3 — Production / Fabrication Deposit
A fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit is due after permit approval, or immediately if no permit is required. No design work, production, fabrication, or material ordering will begin until this deposit is received and cleared.
Stage 4 — Final Payment
The remaining balance is due in full prior to installation, delivery, or release of any product. REY SIGNS LLC will not schedule or perform installation with any outstanding balance.

All materials, signage, vehicle wraps, quotes , proposals and design files remain the property of REY SIGNS LLC until paid in full. Unauthorized reproduction, reuse, or distribution of Company designs is prohibited unless expressly purchased. In the event of non-payment, REY SIGNS LLC reserves the right to remove unpaid signage or wraps at the Client’s expense. The Client assumes all responsibility for access, damages, and costs associated with removal.

All signage projects are subject to zoning laws, sign codes, engineering requirements, and AHJ approval. REY SIGNS LLC does not guarantee permit approval If you are unsure of permit approval Permit Consultation service is recommended before permit deposit is made. Permit denial, restriction, modification, or delay does not constitute breach of contract and does not entitle the Client to a refund for professional services already performed.

The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, drawings, layouts, and renderings. Approval may be provided via email, text message, written communication, or verbal confirmation. Once approved, REY SIGNS LLC is not responsible for errors including spelling, colors, dimensions, placement, layout, or code interpretation. Reprints or changes after production will be additional charges.

All required sign electrical connections must be in place and fully operational prior to installation. REY SIGNS LLC is responsible only for connecting the sign to an existing, approved electrical power source. We do not install, modify, extend, or troubleshoot electrical lines, conduits, panels, breakers, or building power systems. If your building has an existing dedicated sign timer, basic timer programming is included, provided the timer is present, accessible, and in good working condition. REY SIGNS LLC is not responsible for non-functioning timers, improper wiring, insufficient power, or building electrical issues. For the sign to illuminate properly, the building’s electrical system must be code-compliant, active, and ready at the time of installation. If power is unavailable, unsafe, non-compliant, or incomplete, installation may be postponed.
Any electrical work beyond the agreed scope—including wiring, new circuits, panel upgrades, repairs, or troubleshooting—is not included and will require a separate licensed electrician and an approved change order with additional costs.

For all illuminated signage, an existing, functional electrical connection must be present at the installation location.
Our services are limited to connecting signage to an existing electrical source only. We do not install new electrical lines, modify existing wiring, or perform internal electrical work.
Wall Fishing Policy
- Wall fishing is included for distances of up to five (5) feet.
- Any wall fishing exceeding five (5) feet will result in additional charges.
- The client is responsible for ensuring the work area is clear and accessible, with no obstructions including but not limited to furniture, framing, studs, beams, insulation, or other structural barriers.
Custom Wiring
- Custom wiring within walls, ceilings, or other concealed areas is not included and is outside the scope of service.
- We are not licensed electricians and will not perform electrical work inside buildings.
- Any required electrical work must be completed in advance by a licensed electrician retained by the client.
- Wall fishing is included for distances of up to five (5) feet.

REY SIGNS LLC provides a one (1) year limited warranty on all newly manufactured signs, effective from the date of installation. This warranty covers manufacturer defects, installation-related issues, LED lighting components, and power supply units, provided the sign is used under normal operating conditions and remains in its original installed location.
Warranty Coverage Includes
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Installation-related failures
- LED modules and power supplies supplied by REY SIGNS LLC
At its discretion, REY SIGNS LLC will repair or replace defective components covered under this warranty at no additional cost..

All products and services are custom-made. All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued. REY SIGNS LLC is not responsible for damages, loss, or delays caused by weather, site conditions, third parties, or regulatory agencies.

This warranty is void and does not apply if the sign has been:
- Tampered with, modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than REY SIGNS LLC
- Relocated, removed, or reinstalled after initial installation
- Damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper operation
- Damaged by vandalism, accidents, vehicle impact, or third-party activity
- Affected by acts of nature, including but not limited to storms, wind, flooding, lightning, earthquakes, or fire
- Exposed to electrical issues originating from the building, including improper voltage, faulty wiring, or power surges
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, and environmental discoloration are not covered under this warranty.

Specialty services (including embroidery, apparel, specialty printing, and wraps) are subject to minimum quantities, setup fees, and production limitations. REY SIGNS LLC reserves the right to decline specialty services based on feasibility, workload, or payment history.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective components only. REY SIGNS LLC shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from sign failure, downtime, or loss of business.

Pole signs, ground signs, monument signs, and structural signage involve excavation, engineering, and site-specific conditions. Unforeseen underground conditions, soil issues, obstructions, or AHJ requirements may require change orders. Electrical trenching, connections, service upgrades, and utility coordination are not included unless explicitly quoted.

Once the final balance is received and cleared, we will confirm the installation date and assign a crew. Final payment must be made and cleared at least 48hr before a crew is dispatched. No exceptions will be made.
Our installation crews service multiple projects each day. Delays caused by site conditions—including blocked access, unprepared areas, or safety issues—may impact other scheduled clients and will require the installation to be rescheduled. To help ensure a smooth and efficient installation, please review and follow all Installation Day Preparation Instructions in advance and ensure the site is fully ready when our crew arrives.
- Arrival Time: A Rey Signs team member will confirm the installation date and estimated arrival window 24 hours prior. Arrival times are approximate and subject to change based on prior installations.
- Duration: Most installations take 4–8 hours and are typically completed within one workday.
- Site Access: For illuminated signs you only need to be on-site to provide initial access to the building and, if applicable, show the installer the electrical room. After that, you may leave and return once installation is complete.
- Lockbox Option: If you’re unable to be on-site, a coded lockbox for access is acceptable.
- Clear Work Area (Required):
The installation area must be fully clear and accessible at the time of arrival. This includes parking spaces, sidewalks, service lanes, and any areas directly in front of or below the installation location.
- If the parking lot is full, spaces are blocked, vehicles are parked in the work zone, or foot traffic creates a safety risk, the installation will be rescheduled.
- Installers will not wait for vehicles to be moved or for areas to be cleared.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the installation area is accessible and clear prior to the crews arrival.

If your business will be open to the public on the day of installation, please notify your staff and customers that installation is an all-day construction activity and safety protocols must be followed.
- During installation, our crew may be working from ladders, lifts, or aerial platforms. When operating at height, installers cannot see directly below the work area at all times.
- For safety reasons, all customers, employees, and bystanders must remain at least 20 feet away from the active work zone at all times.
- Barriers, cones, or temporary closures may be required to maintain a safe perimeter. It is the client’s responsibility to help keep the area clear.
- Rey Signs LLC and its installers are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from individuals entering the restricted work zone after this notice has been provided.
Failure to maintain a safe and clear work area may result in the installation being paused or rescheduled for safety reasons.

REY SIGNS LLC may pause or terminate work if payment terms are not met, permits are denied, or Client responsibilities remain incomplete. All costs incurred remain the responsibility of the Client.

Vehicle wraps involve seams, overlaps, and design distortion due to vehicle contours. The client represents that vehicles have paint in acceptable condition. REY SIGNS LLC is not responsible for paint failure caused by pre-existing damage, repainting, rust, or prior bodywork. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Labor warranty applies to installation defects only and is void if altered by third parties.
The Client is solely responsible for providing a vehicle in suitable condition for vinyl application.
The vehicle must:
• Have factory-original or professionally refinished paint
• Be free of rust, peeling clear coat, body filler failure, deep scratches, or prior wrap residue
• Be clean and free of wax, sealants, ceramic coatings, or contaminants
REY SIGNS LLC is not responsible for:
• Paint lifting, peeling, or damage during installation or removal
• Failure caused by poor paint condition, prior repainting, or aftermarket coatings
If the vehicle is deemed unsuitable upon inspection, REY SIGNS LLC reserves the right to void all warranty , pause or cancel installation. All incurred costs remain the Client’s responsibility

Invoices are due according to the staged payment structure unless written credit terms are approved in advance. Past-due balances are subject to a ten percent (10%) late fee per month on the outstanding balance. If payment is not received within seven (7) days of the due date, REY SIGNS LLC may pause production, withhold delivery or installation, or cancel future work.

The Client understands and agrees that Wrap designs are presented as two-dimensional (2D) mockups but are installed on three-dimensional (3D) vehicle surfaces. Some level of distortion between the approved design and the final installed wrap is normal and unavoidable. Panel seams, overlaps, relief cuts, stretching, and up to 10–25% visual distortion may occur due to vehicle or surface contours, body lines, and installation requirements. Color variation may occur due to differences in print profiles, material batches, lighting conditions, and viewing angles. Printed colors may appear different indoors versus outdoors or under different lighting environments. The Client acknowledges that these conditions are inherent to vehicle wrap installations and do not constitute defects or grounds for rework, refund, or dispute.

The Client acknowledges that: Vehicles may require partial disassembly for proper installation. Installation timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to vehicle condition, weather, or unforeseen issues do not constitute breach of contract REY SIGNS LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the Client or third parties.

REY SIGNS LLC provides the following warranty on vehicle wraps:
Labor & Installation Warranty
• Six (6) months covering installation defects, lifting caused by application error, and material failure related to installation
• Warranty begins on the date of installation completion
Manufacturer Material Warranty
• Vinyl materials carry a 2-5 year manufacturer warranty, depending on brand, color, and application type
• Manufacturer warranties do not cover labor, removal, or reinstallation
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
• Accidents, curb damage, scraping, or impact
• Automatic car washes, pressure washing, or abrasive cleaning
• Chemical exposure (fuel spills, oils, solvents, waxes, coatings)
• Improper care or misuse
• Natural disasters, vandalism, theft, or fire
• Any work performed by third parties
Any tampering, repair, removal, or modification by a non–REY SIGNS LLC technician immediately voids all warranties.

The Site Repair Survey service is provided for the purpose of inspecting and diagnosing existing signage issues. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $450 is required prior to scheduling a site visit. This deposit covers the following:
- Dispatch of a qualified service crew
- Use of one (1) lift up to 30 feet during the diagnostic process
- A professional diagnostic assessment of the signage condition
Lift Access Requirements
The client is responsible for ensuring adequate lift access to the signage location.
- If the storefront or sign location cannot be safely accessed with a standard 30-foot lift, additional fees for a larger lift must be paid in advance of service.
- Service may be delayed or rescheduled if proper access is not available at the time of arrival.
Scope of Service
- The $450 deposit includes up to one (1) minor part swap repair, if applicable.
- The deposit does not include additional parts, materials, labor, or extended repairs.
- The deposit strictly applies to the initial site visit, lift usage, and diagnostic services only.
Additional Repairs & Services
- Any repairs, materials, or services identified during the survey that fall outside the included scope will be quoted separately.
- Additional repairs may be completed on the same day only if the client approves the quoted work and provides payment at the time of service.
- No additional work will be performed without prior authorization and payment.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned prior to drop-off.
- Vehicles requiring cleaning before work can begin will be subject to a $100 vehicle wash fee.
- Work may be delayed if the vehicle is not properly prepared at the time of arrival.

Vinyl removal carries inherent risk. REY SIGNS LLC is not responsible for paint damage during wrap removal, regardless of age or condition. Removal services are billed separately unless otherwise stated in writing. It is recommend to remove wrap after 2 years of being installed or risk damage to vehicles paint. Vehicle wraps are temporary graphic solutions. Longevity depends on vehicle use, environment, maintenance, and exposure. No guarantee is made regarding exact lifespan beyond manufacturer guidelines.

Financing options may be offered as a convenience. Approval, funding delays, disputes, or chargebacks with financing third party providers do not relieve the Client of payment obligations to REY SIGNS LLC. No installation, delivery, or release of products will occur until full payment is received or confirmed.
