Yes, you have the flexibility to make changes to the sign design during the initial design phase. However, please note that once the final drawing is approved, NO further changes can be made.

To ensure that the design aligns perfectly with your vision, we welcome your input and feedback during the early stages. Once the design receives your final approval, any alterations beyond that point will incur additional design fees.

You can provide your final approval through various communication methods, including wet signature, digital signature, verbal confirmation, text, email, or any other preferred form of communication.

The standard turnaround time for storefront signage is approximately 4-5 weeks. We put in dedicated effort and attention to detail to ensure a high-quality sign that represents your business perfectly.

Monument Signs:
Monument signs typically require a bit more time due to their complex nature.

The average turnaround time for monument signs is around 5-15 weeks. These signs go through an extensive process of sign permitting, production, and installation to ensure they meet the highest standards.

Yes, for most exterior signage, a sign permit is typically required. At Rey Signs, we offer a convenient sign permitting service for all our new signs, saving you time and effort.

Permit Cost:
The basic sign permit service comes included with the purchase of a new sign from Rey signs. If your sign was not purchased at Rey Signs the cost will be $450 for a basic sign permit.

Importance of Permit Service:
By opting for our permit service, you ensure that the entire permitting process is efficiently handled. Our experienced team will handle all the paperwork, communication with the city, and provide any necessary guidance throughout the permitting process.

Forfeiting Permit Service:
If you choose not to acquire Rey Signs' permit service, you forfeit any assistance with the permitting process. In such cases, we will not fill out an application, communicate with the city on your behalf, or provide any guidance during the sign permitting process. If you decide to apply for the permit independently, you will be solely responsible for gathering, filling, and signing the application and supporting documents. We will, however, provide a sign drawing and Certificate of Insurance (COI) if requested by the city.

The installation process for a storefront sign typically takes one full 8-hour day. We understand your busy schedule, and you won't need to be on-site throughout the entire installation.

On-site Requirements:
You will be required to be on-site briefly to open the building door and guide our installer to the electrical room. Once the initial access is provided, you are free to continue with your day.

No Need to Stay Throughout:
Rest assured, you do not need to stay on-site for the entire duration of the installation. Our skilled team will handle the process efficiently and professionally.

Alternative Option:
If you are unable to be on-site at all during the installation, no worries! We recommend using a coded lockbox with a key to the building. Providing us with access through the lockbox allows our installers to set up any necessary electrical connections. After completing the installation, our team will ensure all doors are securely locked and return the key to the lockbox.

Yes, all our illuminated signs come equipped with a photocell. The photocell is a built-in feature that automatically controls the lighting of your sign. It is designed to detect changes in ambient light levels. During dusk or darkness, the photocell will activate the sign's illumination, making it visible and eye-catching. Conversely, as daylight returns, the photocell will automatically turn off the sign, saving energy and ensuring your sign is only lit when it's needed. This feature not only adds convenience but also contributes to the overall efficiency and longevity of your illuminated sign. Rest assured that your sign will be visible at the right times without any manual intervention. What About Sign Timers?

Industrial sign timers are not included in the standard electrical connection service. However, we do provide a photocell with your sign that will automatically turn the sign off and on for you. If you specifically require a sign timer for your signage, it will be considered an additional charge.

Please read the following terms and conditions and understand that by contracting REY SIGNS LLC, agreeing to all terms and conditions.


GENERAL POLICY:
50% non-refundable upfront deposit is required before sign permitting and production begins.Once the design receives the final approval, any changes to the plan will result in additional design fees. Sign owner can give final approval via wet signature, digital signature, verbal confirmation, text, email, or any form of communication. All signage/designs are the property of Rey Signs until the full amount on this invoice is paid. Once an invoice is created and an amount is agreed upon the final amount is due at the end of the installation. Unless otherwise agreed on. In the case of changes requested by the city for permitting size, materials, or other factors, the price may change to reflect changes. Only valid in cases where price will need to increase due to changes. Price will never fall below the agreed invoice price, unless otherwise agreed on. The use of unauthorized files, including but not limited to sign designs, logos, documents, or any digital asset created by REY SIGNS LLC is prohibited. Violating the Rey signs copyright will result in fees or can be punishable by law. You do not own any of the design files unless you specify pay for their use. Your sign is a tax right off speak with your tax professional for more details. Standard GA state sales tax is applied to all projects. You are receiving a final good, service, or product. We do not accept tax exemptions nor do they apply.


ELECTRICAL:
Any electrical connection must be existing and ready for signage. Creating custom connections or additional internal electrical work will be an additional charge per sign. The fee range depends on the difficulty. We are not certified electricians and do not claim to consult with your landlord before contracting electrical work. We only work on SIGN electrical connection. Sign timers are an additional charge and are not included in connection.


GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY:
All new signs manufactured by REY SIGNS LLC include a 6-month installation and repair warranty. Warranty starts on the date of installation. All new signs manufactured by REY SIGNS LLC include a 1-year parts warranty. Warranty starts on the date of installation.


GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY:
The warranty covers lighting issues, damage due to installation errors, power supply issues, manufacturing errors. When the warranty expires, all repair services are an additional charge. The amount is determined on a project-by-project basis. All new signs manufactured by REY SIGNS LLC in the USA with USA components. *With the exception of our Samsung chip LEDs. Samsung LED are used due to their industry notability for high quality, longevity,
and output. An Extended 2 year warranty can be purchased for fee. An extended warranty covers parts and repairs. An extended warranty covers lighting issues, damage due to installation errors, power supply issues, manufacturing errors, and other reasonable requests. Warranty does not cover natural disasters, fires, vandalism, theft, tampering by another company or individual, design changes or removals/ relocations. Warranty and guarantee become void if another company or individual works on the sign. No warranty is offered on existing signage repairs, refurbished or signage not manufactured by REY SIGNS LLC. Even if installed or repaired by REY SIGNS LLC. All projects are guaranteed to be delivered within a reasonable time frame. The delivery date of signs and an installation date given in the estimate phase of the project are ONLY estimated time frames. An exact delivery date is not guaranteed


PERMITTING:
Sign permits are an additional service permit cost ranges between $250-$450 per sign if not more. The price could be more or less than the given range; cost will vary between cities. Our sign permitting service includes but is not limited to the following: Rey Signs file all documents, drawings, forms, applications on your behalf. Rey Signs contact your landlord for sign approval. Rey Signs ensure that all town, city, county, state, and overall jurisdiction regulations are properly followed. Rey Signs will pay permit application costs directly to the city.
Rey Signs will contact the city and maintain communication on your behalf. This service does not include the cost of an Engineering drawing or site plan stamped survey. A separate company and business entity do all engineering drawings and stamped surveys. The third-party engineering company is in no way related or part of REY
SIGNS LLC. Engineering drawings/ stamped surveys are non refundable and can be paid directly to the engineering company. The full cost is always due upfront. Engineering / stamped survey companies can be contacted directly; contact information is provided upon request. In the event you do not wish to acquire the Rey Signs permitting service, you forfeit your right to any assistance with the permitting process. Rey Signs will not fill out an application, communicate with the city on your behalf or provide any guidance of any kind during the sign permitting process. If you choose to apply on your own , you will be fully responsible for gathering, filling and signing the application and supporting documents. Rey Signs will only provide you with a sign drawing and COI if requested by the city.


REFUNDS:
Due to the custom manufacturing nature of each sign project, all deposits and goods sold non-refundable. Please be 100% sure of your investment before making a deposit. In order to aid you with the decision-making process, we offer
you a 1-year parts warranty, a 6-month installation warranty, free estimates, free sign mock-up, the free scope of the work plan, and free consultation. Our goal is to provide a great service to all local businesses and help grow our community


PAYMENT:
Payment can be done via cash, card , check or digital transfer. Card payment are subject to a card processing fee. Design, permitting and production will not begin until deposit payment is made. A 50% upfront deposit is required before any project can begin. All signage/designs are the property of Rey Signs until the full amount on this invoice is paid. Once an invoice is created and an amount is agreed upon the final amount is due at the end of the installation. Payment is consider late if not paid 48 hrs after
installtion day. Lack of payment with in 30 days after installation result in late fees , legal action , and removal of sign. Unless otherwise agreed on.

All new signs produced by REY SIGNS LLC come with two types of warranties:

  1. Installation and Repair Warranty: This warranty lasts for 6 months from the date of installation. It covers any issues related to the sign's lighting, damages caused by installation errors, power supply problems, and manufacturing errors. During the warranty period, any necessary repair services are provided at no extra cost.
  2. Parts Warranty: REY SIGNS LLC also provides a 1-year parts warranty, which also starts from the date of installation. This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the sign's components. If any part of the sign fails due to manufacturing faults or malfunctions, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Please note that the warranty only applies to signs manufactured by REY SIGNS LLC and installed by our team. It does not cover repairs for existing signage, refurbished signs, or signs not manufactured by us, even if we previously installed or repaired them.

After the warranty period expires, any repair services needed for signs under warranty will be subject to additional charges. The exact amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific project requirements.

If you choose to apply for the permit on your own, you will be fully responsible for completing the application and gathering all required documents. Please note that we will still provide sign drawings and COI upon request by the city.

RETURNS

Due to the custom manufacturing nature of each sign project, all deposits and goods sold are non-refundable. We recommend being 100% sure of your investment before making a deposit.

SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Rest assured, we strive to get your items to you as soon as possible.

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 3 to 7 business days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances or disruptions in shipping services may occasionally cause delays, but we will keep you informed if there are any significant delays.

We offer flat-rate shipping fees to all states in the USA, making it easy for you to know the cost upfront. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, based on your order's total weight and shipping destination.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status and estimate the delivery date.

In the rare event that a package is deemed undeliverable, we will reach out to you to confirm your shipping address. If we are unable to contact you or receive updated delivery information, your order may be canceled, and a refund issued.

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not provide international shipping services.
